Grades and scores are opinions
Lender grades, scores and rankings are our own analysis of public records, computed the same way for every lender, as described in the methodology. They are opinions, not statements of fact about any lender's conduct, and not a prediction that any lender will approve or deny your application. Lenders cannot pay for a grade or to change one. Any lender may respond publicly or request a correction free of charge.
Public data and its limits
Data comes from federal and state agencies and from Zillow Research and Freddie Mac as credited on each page. Records can contain errors, lag by months, or omit loans below reporting thresholds. Every chart, table and score card shows its source and an as-of date. We re-pull sources on request but do not alter public-record figures by hand.
Calculators and rates
Calculators are illustrations. Results depend on the figures you enter and do not include every cost of a loan. Any interest rate, payment or loan amount shown is an example, not an offer or an advertisement for a specific loan product, and no lender has agreed to those terms. Your actual rate, payment, closing costs and eligibility depend on your application, the property, the lender and market conditions on the day you lock. Loan limits are published by FHFA and HUD and can change each year.
Lender-provided information
Details marked lender-provided, such as programs, contacts and branches, are supplied by the lender that claimed the page. We verify the claim against the license record but do not verify every detail supplied.
Advertising
