Borrowers researching lenders in your county already see your page.
Claim it, and they reach you. LendResearch is a traffic source for lenders and brokers. Claiming is free and always will be.
How it works
- Every licensed lender and broker gets a page built from state licensing records and, for HMDA filers, federal loan data. Your page exists whether or not you claim it.
- Claiming adds your phone, website and a request-a-quote form. Borrower inquiries go straight to your inbox. Unclaimed pages show public data only, with no contact details.
- Claimed firms are listed first on the city and loan-type pages borrowers use to pick a lender, with contact buttons. Unclaimed firms appear by name only.
- Your claim dashboard shows page views, inquiries per month and your position against the firm listed above you.
- Respond to your grade and request corrections. Graded lenders can post one public response under the grade. Any firm can correct its details. How grades work.
- Get a badge for your site. Claimed firms can embed a live LendResearch badge that links back to their page.
Who should claim
Banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, private and hard money lenders, commercial lenders, and branch managers and recruiters who want county market data. Claims are verified against the license record, so only the licensee or its authorised staff can claim a page.

Leave your email and we will send the claim link for your firm the day its page goes live, plus a monthly note on lender and county movers in your state.
Advertise
Want to reach borrowers beyond your own page? Advertise on LendResearch.
LendResearch is an independent publisher, not a lender or broker. We do not sell leads, take applications or charge for grades. Advertising and sponsored placements, when they exist, are labelled and never affect a grade.
Questions people ask
How much does it cost to claim a lender page on LendResearch?
Nothing. Claiming is free and always will be. A claimed page shows the firm's phone, website and a request-a-quote form, and the firm appears first on the city and loan-type pages borrowers use.
Who can claim a page?
The licensee or its authorised staff: banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, private and hard money lenders and commercial lenders. Claims are verified against the state license record.
Does claiming change a lender's grade?
No. Grades come only from public records and never change because a page is claimed, responded to or advertised on.
