Email list
When you sign up we store your email address, whether you said you are a borrower or a lender, the page you signed up on, the time, and the IP address and browser the signup came from. We send a confirmation email first and add you only after you click the link. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. We never sell, rent or share your email, and no lender or broker is given your address or told that you signed up.
Request-a-quote forms
When lender pages go live, a request-a-quote form on a claimed lender page sends your message and contact details to that lender only, and we keep a copy so we can count inquiries and handle complaints. We do not sell leads.
Analytics and logs
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Our web server and Cloudflare keep standard access logs, including IP address and browser, for security and abuse prevention. We do not run advertising trackers today. If advertising is added, this page will say which networks and how to opt out.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets its own; your browser settings control them.
